"Entry level Pinot from Ten Minutes by Tractor, though I believe it's hand-picked and fussed over much like the other wines in the portfolio. Sappy and spicy, loaded with juicy cherries dusted with brown sugar. Medium bodied, plenty of energy and flavour, all plum and cherry and spice and sap again, suggestion of minerally acidity and gently rasping fine grained tannin. Has length too. This is all up good. Great to drink."
