"The star of Ten Minutes by Tractor continues to grow. This is a delightful drink. It's perfectly presented. Polished but spicy, fruity but with just enough forest/undergrowth flavour to give it some character. Up-front with sweet/sour cherry-plum fruit. Almost has a cranberried/strawberried sweetness at its core. Tannin is fine, filigreed, massaged into the fruit. Accordingly, it drinks like a charm. Pristine is the word I'm looking for."
