"Robust, profoundly structured and astringent red whose layers of fruit and flavour are only slowly coaxed from the glass. Its earthy aromas of sweet red and black berries, coffee grounds, cedar/chocolate oak and minty menthol complexity herald a firm, drying palate constructed about a firm rod of astringent tannins.
