"Composed of 98.5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1.5% Petit Verdot, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate was aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, 38% new. Deep garnet-purple colored, it delivers notes of warm cassis, baked plums and warm red currants with nuances of dried herbs, garrigue and pencil lead.
