"Very pale green with pale straw highlights. Lifted floral/citrus blossom and jasmine aromas. Ripe flavours; intense lime/lemon characters with less of the minerality evident in our 2011. Stylish palate, again showing ripe fruit characters balanced by refreshing/tangy natural acidity. Hint of mid-palate sweetness, yet finishes dry. Round and well-textured. Good persistence of flavour. Match with sashimi and sushi; steamed asparagus with hollandaise sauce; onion tart; smoked salmon; lighter Thai pork dishes."
