Impenetratable in youth, but still that satisfaction as it feels like moves like 'the pitch drop experiment' across the palate. Ripe, black fruit perfume, touch of jubey sweetness, coal and tar, whiff of dried herbs. To taste, gently sweet with a big wash of earthy savouriness, some chocolatey richness and pretty amaro herbal bitterness. Long and intense. Incubating."
