Cherry, rosehip, and a dusting of fennel, spice and earth. Medium bodied, dry and almost chalky in texture, with redcurrant and cherry, delivered in savoury style. Acidity lends a bit of crunch, and gee, it’s a thirst quenching beauty through and through. Tops.”
