"Luxe Rose is blended from selected bush vine parcels that show particular character, depth of fruit and texture. Only produced in vintages that deliver outstanding rose, the 2021 is 66 % Mataro, 26% Cinsault and 6% Vermentino. Hand harvested fruit is chilled overnight prior to crushing, the musts macerated for around 6 hrs prior to pressing. Juices are fermented with indigenous yeast, undergoes partial malo-lactic and maturation sur-lie in old French oak puncheons and  demi muids." - Spinifex
