80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon Barrel Fermented!
“This wine comprises of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon. Most of the Sauvignon Blanc fruit had 8 hours skin contact prior to pressing. The Semillon component is crushed and pressed immediately after picking. This wine was 100% barrel fermented with predominantly larger barrels used.
The bouquet of the 2015 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is showing gooseberry fruits with a herbal overtone. This follows through on to the palate to combine with some lime notes to create a nice balance of acid and fruit. The finish is crisp, clean and lingering.”
