"Sorrenberg chardonnay is 100 percent barrel fermented, though only a quarter of those barrels are new. This is a fine, elegant, milky chardonnay with excellent texture and length. It's got lots of lemony, nutty strength and a grapefruit-like bitterness - it begs to be served at the dinner table. Floral notes. Finesse through the finish. Impressive."
