Gary Walsh 95 Points!
Gary Walsh 95 Points!"Tasted alongside its French oaked Eden Valley twin sister, I preferred this lower born American oaked Barossa baby.
Licorice, chocolate, rich blackberry, toasted coconut oak " Grange-like in many respects, yet cleaner and more polished. It's a full bodied slippery wine that rolls through the mouth, though don't be fooled; there's plenty of tannin buried beneath its flesh. Perfectly pitched acidity and a long finish complete the picture. You know the drill I guess, and if you want it, and can afford it, it's here for you. Such a convincing take on the 'classic Barossa Shiraz', done modern and done well. Va va voom."
