Very tight. Very fine. Clearly built for the long haul. Carries its ample tannin by maintaining a beautiful sense of momentum. Dark berries, toast, kirsch, handfuls of roasted nuts. Sweet and bitter, intense and yet quite exceptionally fine. In this its youth the oak is " just " too prominent but given time this will be a belter.
