“They know how to turn out fine Eden Riesling at SOE.

Jasmine and vanilla perfume, lemon and lime, but delivered sotto voce, a certain mineral oil thing. It’s light, but full of flavour, with a juiciness and mouth-perfume, crunch of acidity and dusting of chalky texture, and a lovely grip and lime rind thing on the long, and very convincing finish. Beauty.”
