"...Spot on" - Andrew Graham, Oz Wine Reviews 93 Points!
"Punchy gooseberry and cassis backed by suggestions of passionfruit and cucumber; long and juicy, finishing fresh and racy."

"It’s easy to bash Australian Sauv, but here’s what it should taste like – especially in 2018. Super fresh and vibrant nose with grapefruit, melon and cut grass. The juicy palate balances out slightly tropical citrus with very fresh acidity. Despite that firm acid this is perfectly ripe too. It’s not meant to be a complex wine, but the definition – without harshness – is spot on. Yes.
Best drinking: Drink before the next one comes out (mid to late 2019). 18/20, 93/100. 12%. Would I buy it? Sure would."
Andrew Graham, OzWineReviews, October 2018
Typically it shows a pink grapefruit character, concentration and mid-palate texture, which reflect the carefully selected sites and hand harvesting during the small window of perfect ripeness. 2018 was a standout year. The growing season weather behaved well overall, giving us well-balanced acidity and good flavour development in the pink grapefuit, lavender spectrum.

Should be alongside the metre rule for imperial standards, well, at least for Australia and the grape variety. Nicely balanced, finely tuned, lemon-lime orientated with a splash of passionfruit in bouquet and palate. Touches of herbal detail, dash of pepper. Has a juiciness and some chalky grip in tow. It’s very nicely put together, feels very easy to drink. Not a lot of complexity, but little detail goes a long way. No issue in recommending.
