"The Nebbiolo grapes are grown on our Little Road vineyard in McLaren Vale, South Australia. The vines were planted in 2000. The Nebbiolo fruit was destemmed and cold packed for 3 days. The fermentation maintained at cool temperatures and taken off skins after 5 days. Malolactic fermentation completed in tank and the wine matured for a further 10 months in older oak hogsheads.
A lifted bouquet of dark cherries, orange blossom and spice. Rhubarb, spice and savoury dry tannins create texture of medium weight and a lingering finish."
