It’s quite plummy, dusted with white pepper, clove and cinnamon spice, shows some mahogany and new leather depth and faint whiffs and licks of mint. It rolls with commanding presence through the palate, not overblown, but with lavish flavour and serious, stentorian grip and tactile spice.
