'Single vineyard. 900 dozen only. This is effectively the Seppelt 'Reserve' chardonnay. Flinty style. Pure, lean-ish, long. Milk products, lemon curd, nuts and honeysuckle. Understated and reserved but the presentation of flavours make for beautiful drinking. Burst of flavour to the finish. Chalky texture. Fennel-like drive. Sophisticated. .'
