"Leaning more towards the Italian style of Grigio, I wanted this wine to taste like it comes from the Adelaide Hills: a natural, fruit driven, pear flavoured wine made with 100% natural acidity. I am pleased and excited by the 2015 vintage white wines from the Adelaide Hills as they show great fruit intensity and fabulous acidity and zip. This wine shows classical varietal ripe nashi pear with some citrus and floral notes. This is a fruit-driven, crisp and dry white that exhibits pear and lemon characteristics, with fresh acidity and overall balance."
