Wine Front 93 points!
Theres certainly a richness of flavour in this wine, generosity, curvaceous in a way, but then dusty tannins pick up the slack and tighten the wine through a good length. Dark fruit, char, brambly/bouquet garni herbiness and earthiness in tow. Theres almost a graphite minerality through the flavour profile too. A lot going on, layered flavours, delicious to drink and certainly raising a flag for excellence in Australian nebbiolo, of Adelaide Hills origin, with enough tension and poise to impress.
