"This cuvee is a blend with two type of soils. The "Terres Blanches", that gives complex, fat and fine wines represents 70 % of the blend. The expression and the mineral side are brought by wines from Caillottes. Average vine age 20 years. At first, the bouquet is discreet. Then it opens on aromas of white fruits. The mouth is ample and perfumed."
