Brambly, wild, spicy old vine Barossa shiraz aromas of blackberries, dark plums and mulberries re enhanced by mushroomy, earthy complexity from bottle fermentation. Scents of undergrowth, rhubarb, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg lace the background. Silky-smooth and creamy, with a pristine, lively palate of sweet raspberries and cassis, licorice and bitumen, with the finest and most energetic effervescence.
