"A blend of three vineyards. Willowlake (cooler southern end of the valley), Daniel’s Hill (the warmer northern end) and my folks vineyard (south of Healesville, it lies somewhere between the other two in it’s geography and climate). Similar idea to the Pinot, spreading the love to all latitudes of the valley. Predominantly fermented in older French hogsheads (300L). There’s flavours of curd and fresh cream, white peach and citrus. It’s leesy and fresh, but with nice weight on the palate." - Rob Hall
