"Estate Vineyard, Murrumbateman. Shiraz 95% Viognier 5%. Age of vines 20+, duplex, volcanic, farmed organically. Small crops all around, very hot summer, low rain and then finishing quite cool in late March. 25% whole bunch, natural warm ferment. Cold soaked for three days, hand plunged twice daily, three weeks on-skins maceration. Pressed to two year old punchoen for 12 months then transferred to Stockinger & Francois F Foudre for one year. Bottled in February."
