"It’s baa-ck, the long awaited return of our first love, Sangiovese. Still not up to full volume production but still great to have a cellar half filled again after the loss of the 2020 vintage to smoke. Get in quick, there’s a lot of empty space out there needing some sangiovese love.

There's six different vineyards from Murrumbateman, Young and Harden contributing this year. A beautiful medium bodied wine that carries fragrant dark cherry, floral and spice aromas with a fine textural palate. Our fifteenth vintage and just getting better and better with vine age and us getting the smarts.

Processed as whole berries, so no pumps used, a natural ferment that wasn't messed around with too much and then left on-skins for three weeks. matured in small 5 year old French oak cask." - Ravensworth
