Tangy to taste, lifted sour cherry flavours, a lick of balsamic brightness, goji berries, pleasing bitter herbal character and blood orange acidity to finish. Texture makes the wine glide though the finish dips and ends in chalkiness and nice, dry chew, albeit gentle in that regard. Each sip refreshes the palate and resets it.
