Potent bouquet of sliced and browning apples, honeycomb, sweet floral notes and specks of mottled wet stones. There's richness in scent, reflected in concentration of flavour, but underlying and seamlessly meshed is the effortless, cool flow of mineral-laden acidity and a delicate juiciness that sets the mouth to light chalky texture and a seemingly-endless, mouthwatering pucker. Fruit is fresh, unadorned, razor cut just-ripe, white flesh stone fruit and green appley, with licks of slate and smooth river pebble-like minerality. Forget tension, this is raw beauty and individual. Utterly beautiful.."
