"The beautiful pale green tinged colour is testament to the excellent season and tank maturation. Primary fruit aromas of pear (Pinot Gris) and spring blossom (Riesling) are supported by musk and orange peel nuances. Fruit flavours are true to the promised bouquet with a supple weight driven by a thread of bright natural acid. Long in fresh flavour, this wine is an excellent foil for modern food styles."

"A challenge was posed to the staff as to where to put this wine in the store. It's a Griesling, a blend of Riesling and Pinot Gris, in an homage to the wines of Alsace, made by Provenance wines from Victorian sites. This is a 50/50 blend and shows the classic characteristics of both varieties - Riesling's citrus lemon-lime spectrum, combined with Pinot Gris' ripe pear notes. This is a fresh and easy drinking wine, perfect for the Autumn months."
