“Delicious bouquet oozing charm and elegance; soft, fleshy and spicy white fruits underpinned by minerality and concentration. An oily soft rounded texture on the nose also adds depth and intrigue. On the palate – creamy texture, oil moments and loaded with spice, minerality and flavours of red and white pear, citrus spice, white nectarine and perhaps a little older oak. A complex wine with some residual sugar and contrasting acidity; great balance and length. Drink now and through 2025.”
