Gary Walsh 95+ points!Of the PdB crus I've tasted so far, this is the most complete wine. Cherry, licorice, dried herb, leather, raspberry but it's in the mouth that it reveals its class. Fresh acidity, firm shale-like tannin, but with a volume of fruit and balance that gives the impression of fullness and well rounded personality. It's a bold wine " earthy and uncompromising " yet has a succulence and charm that lets you know " in no uncertain terms " who is the boss. Builds and builds with time in the decanter. Far out good.
