Dark cherry, spiced ripe strawberry, sugared almonds, dried herb and mint/menthol. It’s medium to full-bodied, ripe in red fruit and cherry flavour, yet stays pretty fresh, open weave tannin offers pleasing grip, and there’s a stony ‘mineral’ feel, along with sweet spices, and a long almond-laced finish.
