"This is ridiculously good Barbaresco, and from the first sniff and taste, I was convinced. It’s dark and very ‘mineral’ with superb thick black tea tannin, pure acidity, flowers, spice and sweet damp earth. It covers all corners, and takes on all comers. The line and length is almost perfect, and its brooding but sweet nature makes it compelling. I could offer more descriptors, but really, the experience is in the tasting. No wine is ever a ‘necessary’ purchase, though this comes close to making it so. Drink 2022-2033+" 97 Points
