Jeremy Oliver 92 points!"Medium to fullish red, with suggestions of brown appearing, this ripe, oaky and lightly smoky red is firm and meaty, with a dark-fruited and rose petal-like bouquet and tarry complexity. Its briary fruit tends a little towards pruney, while its oak is perhaps a little assertive and coffee-like. Its deep core of bruising flavour simply bullies its way down the long, plummy palate, aided and supported by a firm, drying extract. Not a great deal of finesse, but there's no doubting what this is!"
