'A very stylish, powdery and mineral chardonnay whose sumptuously ripened flavours of honeydew melon, grapefruit and pineapple are tightly knit with sweet, spicy vanilla oak. It's heady and perfumed, with an unctuous, silky-smooth but explosively flavoured palate whose intense tropical and citrusy fruit is carefully backed by creamy oak. It finishes long and chalky, with a wet slate-like backbone of fine phenolics and minerality.'
