"Beguiling aromas of white fruit, honeysuckle and crushed pebbles. The palate is exceptionally balanced, with pure white peach and green apple flavour driven by excellent acidity, framed by a remarkable mineral character the wines of Auxey Duresses are known for. Exceedingly long and fresh, this wine may be cellared for further development if intended.
Sourced from a fantastic, small mid-slope parcel of Chardonnay 'Les Hautes' just south of Auxey Duresses.
Siblings Pierre & Anne, alongside father Bernard, produce wines collectively in the cellars under their home in the village of Meursault. The wines are bottled either as Domaine Pierre Boisson or Domaine Anne Boisson under the Boisson Frères et Soeur label. This tiny family producer is of impeccable quality and its star is rising, as all excellent Burgundy inevitably does." - Wine House
