"Wild and slightly volatile, funk, spice, honey and grilled nuts with a citrus blossom fragrance " no shortage of complexity or interest. It's fine boned and flinty with citrus and green pear flavours, is middle weight (at best) and carries no excess, nor any winemaker baggage. There's a core of intense tight acidity and a light tannin grip on the finish " lime and citrus zest trail off into the distance. Style and finesse. Refreshing too."
