Philippe Bouzereau Bourgogne Cote D'or Rouge 2021

MASTERFULLY MADE BURGUNDY, PUTTING PINOT NOIR PURITY FRONT AND CENTRE

"Philippe Bouzereau sources the Pinot Noir grapes for this wine from a small plot of 0.55 ha., located in “Lieu-dit” Les Durots. The vineyard is located in the north-eastern part of the commune of Meursault, which primarily produces white wines, but in the fields on the border with Volnay (which only produces red wines), it is not uncommon to grow Pinot Noir." - Phillipe Bouzereau

"This wine leans towards a juicy and fruitier style - brimming with raspberry, cranberry and raspberry. Subtle oak rounds it out, alongside fine tannins resulting in a delicious and delicately structured wine." - Wine House
