The palate is supple but builds in intensity and is marked for its focus and penetrating line. Contained but expressive, the wine offers bright fruit flavours amongst layers of quietly spicy oak, truffley/savoury complexity and a light sweetness that keeps the wine elevated and fine. Has a gentle beauty and purity. Superb pinot noir fruit expressed within a truly elegant frame. I'll watch the evolution with keen interest too."
