"This is a full and round Sicilian white made from 100% Grillo. Offering fantastic value for money, both in terms of interest and flavour, this has a gorgeous honeyed and floral nose. On the palate, hints of ginger and other spices meld with stone fruit and ripe citrus characters. The acidity is balancing and fresh, but beautifully integrated into the nutty, creamy and textural palate.
Petrosino was founded in 1962 thanks to the tenacity and the will of just 40 farmers. Today it produces white and red wines in complete respect of the nature, combining tradition and modern winemaking practices.
