"A complex, perfumed chardonnay poles apart from the Australian mainstream, scented with honeysuckle, stonefruit, melon and lemon. Initially creamy and fleshy, the palate then become taut and chalky, its peachy fruit finishing savoury with nutty, wheatmeal flavours and a gravely texture. Singularly tight and restrained, yet surprisingly powerful. Drink 2005-2008+."
