"This is a rich, concentrated, golden-coloured Sauternes that has notes of honey, dried apricots and almonds with some tang acidity for balance. Drink after dinner, with dessert or with a mature strong cheese.

Founded in 1580 by Henry d’Arche it is one of the oldest estates in the Sauternes appellation. Currently they have 30 hectares of vines, primarily Semillon. 90% Semillon, 9% Sauvignon Blanc, 1% Muscadelle." - La Perle d'Arche
