This wine was the first ever certified Biodynamic Prosecco awarded in 2005. The Col di Manza is sourced from biodynamically cultivated grapes from Rive de Ogliano. A Rive is a special sub region or Cru. These are steeper slopes that can only be cultivated manually and have stricter production/yield specifications. Rive de Ogliano is known for its succulent and generous style.
