[SOLD-OUT] Penfolds Bin 707 1976 (Minor Damaged Label)

 

"This 1976 version of Bin 707 was tasted as part of the Penfolds Rewards of Patience tastings in 2007. I don’t have information of where each vintage is sourced from but I will fill that in later.

Big beefy wine. Smells of bourbon and toast and licorice and tar. Thick leather. Lots of tannin. In the context of the 1970s Bin 707s it’s one of the best, but these toasty bourbon characters are not overly attractive. At its peak or just beyond it, but not likely to fall over in a hurry." - Wine Front
