"The 2019 Chablis "Terroir de Chichée" has a waxy bouquet displaying touches of jasmine and broom. The palate is well balanced with good acidity, notes of Nashi pear and hints of passion fruit, fanning out nicely toward a finish of nice length. Very fine." - Neal Martin

"Chichée is on a plateau near the 1er Cru Vaucoupin vineyard. Vinified and aged in tank with a resulting wine that is savory, taut, and mineral. This vineyard always takes the wind of the vintage - if it’s from the south, warm character; from the north, cooler notes.  Vinified and aged in tank. Very mineral with bright grapefruit." - Patrick Piuze
