"The 2020 Chablis La Butte “O” is the debut release from the parcel previously farmed by Piuze's former boss Jean-Marie Guffens (Domaine Verget). The lieu-dit is actually Butteaux, but Village, not Premier Cru. This has a fine, lively citrus peel and lime bouquet that springs from the glass.
