"Pale, green-tinged yellow. An aroma of pineapple soda dominates the nose (Piuze notes that pineapple is "a fruit very close to the grape and suggests a high concentration of tartaric acidity"). Densely packed and lightly salty, with orchard fruit and pineapple flavors nicely framed by brisk acidity. Finishes with a positive bitterness and excellent length."
