"Dry riesling from the Mornington Peninsula. Fully priced but the quality is good.

It's unoaked " as far as I know " but it has a textural quality that is most appealing. It tastes of lime and mineral, (subtle) rosewater, mandarine and talc and it's both lengthy and velvety through the finish. A balanced riesling. Zippy or cutting acidity is not its thing, and yet it doesn't lack length or shape and the flavours wash out beautifully through the finish."
