With ideal levels of retained acidity and optimal ripeness, the wines are showing excellent approachability in their youth but also promise to deliver enjoyment over many years as they evolve slowly and age graciously.
Always the prettiest and most elegant of our three pinot noir wines, Les cinq nonetheless expresses hallmark intensity of fine savoury earthy flavours. There are layers of red fruits and spice adding to complexity of character. A remarkable feature is the persistence on the palate of the beautifully balanced flavours, texture and structure. Definitely a wine of great length and individuality!
