"Fruit is sourced from two sites on the Mornington Peninsula Tuerong and Red Hill. Whole bunch pressed, settled overnight and then racked to barrel taking solids. A Combination of yeasts were used to help build some complexity. 20% MLF. 15% new French Oak. 10 months in the barrel." - Onannon
