Owned by Emily Laughton, whose name appears on Jasper Hill Emily's Paddock, Occam's Razor is an interesting wine which offers a little more elegant approach to Heathcote. Occam's Razor represents great value and we believe is definately one to watch in the future.
Deep, dark red. Musky aromas of cherry skin, rare steak, fruity pepper and blood orange. The pungent notes continue on the palate, where ripe plum, cassis and bitter cherry flavors are framed by chewy tannins. A firmly focused midweight with persistent finishing flavors of blackcurrant and pepper. (Made by Emily Laughton, whose family owns, and makes the wines of, Jasper Hill.)
