"Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Main Road and Fruit Trees blocks in Langhorne Creek. In contrast to the Shiraz of this vintage, this wine is not shy at all. It offers up plenty of fresh red berry and cedar/tobacco aromas. The palate is full bodied without being heavy, with a very open personality and a lovely soft texture. The long finish features some nice tannin grip for balance. This is a particularly pure tasting and attractive Reserve Cabernet which can be enjoyed now or cellared for a few years if you prefer." - Noon Winery
